As an Exhibitor:

• BASIS will waive all exhibition charges for Swedish companies BASIS will provide a proper basic structure for an exhibition stall (size 10’ x 10’) free of cost to participating companies – the companies can do their own branding in exhibition.
• BASIS will provide a proper exhibition stall (10’ x 10’) at no cost, allowing for Swedish companies to brand it as they wish.
• We can also send out any direct mailers to all BASIS members as well as participants on behalf of for Swedish companies.

As a Delegate for B2B Sessions:

• Swedish companies and all representatives can have all access to the exhibition.
• BASIS will arrange B2B matchmaking for Swedish companies – they’ll simply need to fill-up a small form briefly mentioning what kind of partners they are looking for.
• Registration will be FREE.

For Conference / Product Launch:

• A “Product Launch Pad” and “Seminar Hall” with a capacity of 200 will be provided for companies in Sweden.
• BASIS will promote the conference or product launch through digital media, direct calls, and direct emails to reach as many participants as possible.
• BASIS will arrange all necessary equipment, seating, stage, projection, refreshments and stall building. Nominal charges may apply (from as low as US$ 2,000).

Besides these Swedish companies/or their representatives can have:

• Full access to all events, including the CXO Night, Ambassadors’ Night, Ministerial Panel Discussions, and other conferences.
• Complementary Secretarial Service from our Secretariat members for all your logistical needs, including flights, accommodation, transport, and exhibits information.
• Transport Facility to and from the hotel to venue (will get ride sharing apps discount promo codes).
• BASIS would coordinate and set up meetings, find solutions for stalls or any other marketing and logistics support that you may need.
